I have a passion for both education and mental health and a really enjoyable part of my work is engaging with companies and educational settings in providing training for staff about awareness of mental health for themselves and/or pupils. Examples of what I offer are:
- Training in staff awareness for themselves to be more engaged and aware of their own wellbeing and mental health.
- Training for staff to be more aware of their students/colleagues wellbeing and mental health.
- Subject specific workshops and seminars within the mental health genre – Anxiety, Depression, Self-harm, Suicidal tendencies, Body Image would be a few. I would meet with you first to tailor what I can offer to your specific needs.
- Assemblies and lessons for adolescents in wellbeing and mental health – either general or subject specific.
- Workshops for staff around what to do if you find out your colleague has a mental health issue.

A days INSET costs £400 which is inclusive of all expenses.
